Privacy notice

This privacy notice explains how QGEMS Energy Limited (“QGEMS”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit www.qgems.energy or submit information through forms on this site.

Analytics

• Vercel Analytics is used.
• IP and user-agent are processed server-side and immediately hashed.
• No cookies, no cross-session tracking, no persistent identifiers.
• Data is processed by Vercel Inc. (US) under their standard DPA / SCCs for EU/UK data transfer.

Form submissions

This site has three contact-style forms:

• Contact form (/contact) — captures name, organisation (optional), email and message.
• Investor access request (/investors) — captures name, organisation, role (optional), email and message.
• Newsletter signup (footer) — captures email only.

Submitted data is stored in our Postgres database (hosted by Neon) and emailed to internal QGEMS mailboxes (contact@, investor@ and newsletter@qgems.energy) for follow-up. We do not send marketing emails or share submission data with third parties. Each submission’s IP address is hashed (SHA-256) and stored in an audit log for spam-prevention and traffic-pattern purposes; raw IPs are not retained.

Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as the underlying engagement requires. Records are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed. Audit-log entries (hashed IPs, timestamps) are retained for operational and security purposes.
